Sound Bath with Barbara Zago
Immerse yourself in the rejuvinating, soothing, and healing sounds of Tibetan and crystal bowls, the monochord, the crystal harp, drums. gongs, and more! Give yourself the gift of inner peace and stillness - a break from your everyday routine.

Please bring your own yoga mat, pillows, and blankets. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You may sit or lie on the floor or sit on a comfy chair in the studio. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for you to settle in comfortably. Payment is accepted upon arrival.

Foundations of Sound Healing Workshop with Barbara Zago
A 3 day sound vibration intensive to enrich your soul, calm your mind, and revitalize your body. Experience for yourself Tibetan and crystal bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, and the use of the voice for sound healing. In this workshop you will learn and practice sound healing techniques in a supportive environment. No musical or singing experience is required. This is a hands-on class with follow-up videos, webinars, and an online workbook provided bu the Sound Healing Academy. This training leads to a Level 1 Foundation Certificate in Sound Healing.
